On November 20, 2024, Inovance launched its very first overseas self-built robot maintenance service center in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. The establishment of the Bac Ninh service department will significantly enhance service responsiveness in the Red River Delta and its northern regions, and by expanding its in-house capabilities, it will deliver superior services to 3C mobile device clients and robotics product users.
To better serve the needs of its Vietnamese clientele, Inovance Vietnam has been continuously strengthening its local service. To boost the localization of its services, Inovance has partnered with local stakeholders in Vietnam to jointly establish a technical support and maintenance network. Strategic collaborations with local companies such as FNZN, SK, and YH have enabled the creation of a nationwide service network that spans both the north and south of Vietnam. This network is equipped to handle troubleshooting and commissioning for products including robots, frequency converters, servo drives, textiles, air compressors, and elevators—further enhancing Inovance’s service response speed and technical capabilities in the region.

In response to the Vietnamese market’s demand for rapid spare parts delivery for frequently used products, Inovance has been continuously working to enrich and perfect its spare parts network. By optimizing system management to improve spare parts accuracy and utilizing local shipments to shorten logistics times, Inovance has achieved the capability to allocate spare parts within 24 hours across the Mekong and Red River Delta regions. This strategic advantage ensures that customer needs are met swiftly, with critical spare parts delivered in a timely fashion.
